IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims Plaintiffs Charles and JoAnn Jordan
asserted or could have asserted against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, National
Association , in this case are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE , with each party bearing its
own costs, expenses, and attorneys'
