Recommendation (Doc. 15) is hereby adopted in toto.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, for the reasons stated in the
decision of the ALJ is hereby AFFIRMED and plaintiff's complaint is
hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
