MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL Comes now the law firm of Patton Roberts, PLLC ("Movant"), counsel for Plaintiff, and hereby moves the Court to allow Leisa B. Pearlman to withdraw as counsel of record for Plaintiff in this case. Leisa B. Pearlman is currently shown as counsel of record for Plaintiff, but Ms. Pearlman is no longer associated with the law firm of Patton Roberts, PLLC. Patton

Roberts, PLLC, through its attorneys, will remain as counsel for Plaintiff in this case, as will other counsel who are currently shown as counsel of record for Plaintiff, so that Plaintiff will suffer no prejudice by reason of this withdrawal. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Movant prays this Court for its order to granting its motion for withdrawal of counsel, and providing that Leisa B.
