AMENDED JUDGMENT
On August 27, 2012, the Court issued a Judgment (ECF No. 44) adopting Judge Bryant’s
Report and Recommendation. (ECF No. 43). The Court’s Judgment is amended to reflect dismissal
without prejudice and reads as follows:
Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation filed August 6, 2012, by the Honorable
Barry A. Bryant, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Arkansas. (ECF No. 43).
Judge Bryant recommends that the above-styled case be dismissed without prejudice for failure to
follow a court order. The parties have not filed objections to the Report and Recommendation, and
the time to object has passed. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Therefore, the Court adopts the Report and
Recommendation in toto. Plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
