CASE NO. 05-5189 DEFENDANTS ORDER Currently before the Court is Plaintiff'S Motion for PLAINTIFF VALUECLICK, INC. and VC E-COMMERCE SOLUTIONS, INC. Extension of Time to Obtain Service. (Doc. 4.) Plaintiff advises the Court that both defendants have been provided with courtesy copies of Plaintiff's Complaint and that the parties are engaged in settlement negotiations. Plaintiff further states that neither defendant opposes this Motion. According to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), a district court may extend the time for service beyond the 120 day period if good causes exists for doing so. The Court finds that good cause exists and GRANTS Plaintiff's motion allowing Plaintiff until Friday, April 21, 2006 to effect service upon Defendants.
