IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Report And Recommendation Of The Magistrate Judge (document #22) is adopted in its entirety. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (document #15) should be, and hereby is, granted in part, and denied in part as follows: * the motion is granted with respect plaintiff's claim concerning a denial of access to the law library, and with respect to the verbal abuse claims asserted against Deputy McCrannie; * the motion is denied in all other respects. FINALLY, IT IS ORDERED that in accordance with the rulings in this Order, plaintiff's complaint as against Deputy McCrannie is dismissed.
