DEFENDANTS O R D E R NOW on this 10th day of February 2012, comes on for consideration the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (Doc. 8), to which no objections have been filed. The Court, having Report carefully reviewed the Magistrate Judge’s and Recommendation, finds that it is sound in all respects and that the same should be, and it hereby is, adopted in toto. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Doc. 8) is adopted in toto. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, for the reasons stated in the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, plaintiff’s complaint is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
