Dismiss (Doc. 23) is GRANTED and Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED WITH

PREJUDICE, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 (b) for failure to comply with the Court's Order
and failure to prosecute.
