ORDER: defendants Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, as to Plaintiff's claims of denial of medical care, excessive force claims and inadequate grievance procedure claims, and these claims are dismissed with prejudice. 14 . Defendants motion is denied as to Plaintiff's claim that he was subjected to unconstitutional conditions of confinement. Report and Recommendation is proper and is adopted in its entirety 20 .
