motion represents that Plaintiff has settled the matter with the remaining Defendants, and the
parties are in agreement that it should be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion (Doc. 53) is GRANTED, and this matter
is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE,
