ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Notice of Voluntary Dismissal without Prejudice. (ECF
No. 12). Plaintiff requests that the above-styled cause of action be dismissed without prejudice
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i).
Upon consideration, the Court finds that the motion should be and hereby is GRANTED.
Plaintiff’s Complaint (ECF No. 1) is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The
Court will retain jurisdiction over this matter for the limited purpose of enforcing the permanent
injunction stipulated to by the parties and entered by the Court. (ECF No. 11).
