MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge George P. Schiavelli: The Court has received the parties Joint Request for Determination 33 . This Order is to notify the parties that the Court recently discovered that the case file was destroyed because it was inadvertently marked "Closed" by courthouse staff. The Court, however, was able to recover what appears to be copies of the filings. Accordingly, this Court will review the copies to make sure it has all of the materials that wre taken under submission on 7/14/2006, and set a hearing at a future date. (Case reopened. MD JS-5.)
