[PROPOSED] ORDER MODIFYING PROTECTIVE ORDER Having considered the parties' arguments in the Joint Stipulation on

3 Google Inc.'s Motion for Partial Reconsideration of Protective Order to Designate 4 One Category of Documents Outside Counsel's Eyes Only (the "Motion"), and good 5 cause having been shown, Google's Motion is hereby GRANTED, as follows: 6 1. Google's documents control numbered GGL 033446-033524, 7 and any other documents Google may later produce regarding image recognition 8 technology software, are hereby designated as "Outside Counsel's Eyes Only." 9 Access to these documents is limited to outside counsel of record only. Access by 10 any officer, employee, or agent of (1) plaintiff Perfect 10, Inc. (including Norman 11 Zada) or (2) any defendant in the consolidated action, is hereby prohibited. 12 2.
