Documents with Bates Range GGL 0334466 - GGL 033486 may be viewed by Dr. Zada in Mr. Mausners office only, and under his direct supervision. These documents relate to a 2004 Power Point Presentation. The remaining documents cited by Mr. Rosenberg relate only to 2006 - 2008 Power Point Presentations. The Motion is granted as to those documents. As the litigation progresses, this ruling might be subject to modification for good cause shown, namely a particularized need of Dr. Zada to review those documents. (ca)
