Plaintiff Perfect 10, Inc. ("Perfect 10") electronically filed a motion for partial summary judgment against defendants Alexa Internet and Amazon.com, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants") on October 13, 2008. The hearing date is currently noticed for November 24, 2008. The parties filed a Stipulation respectfully requesting this Court that the hearing date be continued for two weeks and that the new hearing date be December 8, 2008.
