MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS ORDER held before Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman: Googles Ex Parte Application for a Stay of the June 16, 2010 Order is Denied. However, the court recognizes that complete production cannot be accomplished for some time. Google shall continue to diligently collect and prepare the documents for production. For documents which do not need to await a format decision, they should be produced as soon as practicable, in a rolling fashion, as they become identified and available for production.Google shall file a detailed status report on July 31, 2010 as to its production of all documents ordered produced in the June 16th Order. The court agrees with Perfect 10 that there is no valid reason for Perfect 10 to be required to wait interminably for documents ordered produced, since they will not be the subject of a Rule 72 Motion for Review.: (sbu)
