WHEREAS, Google, on August 24, 2010, filed its Motion for Review of and

2 Objections to Magistrate Hillman's Order of August 10, 2010 on Google's Motion to 3 Quash Subpoenas to Shantal Rands Poovala (Dkt. No. 976) ("Objections"); 4 WHEREAS, this Court, by its August 25, 2010 Order (Dkt. No. 978), stayed 5 all proceedings except those matters directly related to Perfect 10's appeal of the 6 Court's July 30, 2010 Order until the Ninth Circuit issues a decision on that appeal; 7 WHEREAS, this Court's August 25, 2010 Order also extended the deadline for 8 Google to file a motion for review of Magistrate Hillman's August 10, 2010 Order 9 until fourteen days after the lifting of the stay following the conclusion of Perfect 10 10's appeal; 11 13 15 WHEREAS the hearing on Google's Objections is currently set for October 4, WHEREAS, the parties agree that briefing and argument on Google's THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by Google and Perfect 10, 12 2010 at 10:00 a.m. before this Court; 14 Objections should take place after the stay is lifted; 16 through their counsel of record and subject to the Court's approval pursuant to L.R. 17 7-1, that: 18 20 1. 2. The October 4, 2010 hearing on Google's Objections is taken off the Google is granted leave to re-file a motion for review of Magistrate 19 Court's calendar, and 21 Hillman's August 10, 2010 Order fourteen (14) days after the lifting of the current 22 stay following the conclusion of Perfect 10's appeal, consistent with this Court's 23 August 25, 2010 Order. 24 25 26 27 28
