VEOH NETWORKS, INC.'S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF PROTECTIVE ORDER
Case called. Counsel make their appearances. Court questions counsel and listens to their responses. Court suggests a different sort of provision to resolve the dispute. Counsel for Veoh is directed to confer with her client during recess regarding a list of key competitors for purposes of the protective order. LATER AFTER RECESS: Defendant's counsel identifies on the record its eight key competitors requested by the plaintiff. Plaintiff does not objection to the list. Plaintiff will prepare a new verison of the protective order, clear it with defendant's counsel and submit it to the Court for approval.
