CONSENT JUDGMENT by Judge Dale S. Fischer: Pursuant to the Stipulation 12 , this Court enters Judgment as follows: 1) Defendant NorE First Reponse Inc has, prior to the filing of this Complaint, ceased manufacture and sael of the product accused of infringing the patent. 2) Nor E in favor of Mintie Corporation against NorE shall not make, use, sell or offer for sale the product that infringes the patent. 3) Plaintiff Mintie hereby dismisses all claims with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, subject to the terms of a separate settlement agreement. 4) The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Consent Judgment.
