Baca and the County of Los Angeles (Defendants) shall have judgment in their favor against plaintiff Sanford D. Jones (Plaintiff). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff takes nothing and that Defendants shall have their costs of suit.
