JUDGMENT by Judge Percy Anderson: Upon Stipulation for Judgment 103 , Judgment in Interpleader is entered in this action in favor of Iglesia Bautista Nuevo Empezar (IBNE) and Iglesia Christiana Nuevo Empezar (ICNE). Iglesia Bautista Nuevo Empezar, I glesia Christiana Nuevo Empezar, Francisco Suarez, Martha Suarez, Alfredo Hernandez, Diana E. Hernandez, Jesse Siqueira (erroneously named as Jesse Siqeira), J. Antonio Guzman (erroneously named J. Antonia Guzman aka Juan Guzman), Julia DeLeon, and E liezar Adalid (collectively, the "Suarez Parties") and Martha Sosa, Susana Servellon, Ingrid Alvarez, Ana Coronado and Michael Melton's (collectively, the "Sosa Parties") cross claims now pending herein will be dismissed without prejudice. The funds presently held by the United States District Court in this Interpleader action will be delivered to First American Title Insurance Company via wire transfer. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated).
