MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS ORDER held before Judge Cormac J. Carney, re: SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE: The Court is in receipt of the Petition 26 and now directs the parties to meet and confer. Within 30 days after the entry of this Order, the parties shall file a proposed briefing schedule regarding the direction of the litigation of this matter. Within 30 days of the filing of the proposed briefing schedule, Petitioner shall file his proposed Phase III budget. Pursuant to Local Rule 83-17.6 and 28 U.S.C. § 2251(a), the Court issues a stay of execution for the duration of these federal habeas proceedings. IT IS SO ORDERED. (rla)
