Pinholster, 2011 WL 1225705 (April 4, 2011). Respondent shall file an Opposition limited to the arguments raised in Petitioner’s Supplemental Brief on or before June 15, 2011. Petitioner shall file a Reply in support of his Supplemental Brief on or before June 29, 2011. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78 and Local Rule 7-15, the Court finds that this matter is appropriate for decision without oral argument.
