("Defendant"), through their designated counsel, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT this entire action, including, without limitation, Plaintiffs' complaint and claims against Defendant, is dismissed with prejudice and that each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys fees.
