Plaintiff Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. ("Blizzard") filed a Motion to Set Aside Order Dismissing Action on May 14, 2010. The motion is set for hearing on June 21, 2010. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-9, any opposition was due by May 28, 2010. To date, no opposition has been filed. For all the reasons cited in its moving papers, and based on the absence of any opposition to its motion, Blizzard respectfully requests that this Court grant its Motion to Set Aside Order Dismissing Action, permit Blizzard to file its motion for default judgment forthwith, and enter the previously-lodged [Proposed] Order in its entirety.
