Pursuant to Central District Local Rule L.R. 7­15, Defendants Xcentric Ventures, LLC and Edward Magedson respectfully request that the court waive oral argument as to the following motions: 1.) Defendants' Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (Doc. #157); 2.) Defendants' Second Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (Doc. #158); and 3.) Defendants' Special Motion to Strike (Doc. #154). The basis for this request is that these motions are unopposed. Pursuant to L.R. 7­ 9, Plaintiffs' oppositions to each of these motions were due on or before October 11, 2010. As of October 13, 2010, no opposition has been filed to any of the above motions. As such, the motions are unopposed per L.R. 7­12 and should be decided without oral argument.
