The case is set for jury trialon August 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Pretrial Conference is set for 3:30 p.m. Within two weeks, plaintiff shall file a declaration describing meetings with any representative of defendant regarding extortion. Defendant, within ten days of receipt of plaintiffs declaration, shall file a declaration on the same issue. Also, within ten days, the parties shall meet and confer to exchange initial disclosures.
