preliminary injunction, the Court instructed the parties to discuss whether a resolution
of this litigation was possible;

WHEREAS the parties subsequently held such discussions and are attempting in good faith to see if a resolution is possible, and the parties believe that extending Google's existing deadline to respond to the Complaint would increase the possibility
