Fischer: The Court dismissed Plaintiffs claims against Defendant PacifiCare of California for lack of jurisdiction, and finds that there is no just reason for delay in issuing this judgment as to PacifiCare. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff take nothing, that the action be dismissed without prejudice and that PacifiCare recover its costs of suit pursuant to a Bill of Costs filed in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1920.
