The Court sets the following deadlines: Discovery Cut-Off: (end of November); Expert Discovery Cut-Off: January 16, 2012; Last day to hear motions: February 20, 2012; Final Pretrial Conference: March 12, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.; Status Conference re Exhibits: March 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.; and Jury Trial: March 27, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.Counsel shall confer and file a stipulation and proposed order regarding interim dates, e.g., percipient and expert discovery cut-off dates. Counsel for all parties shall comply with this Courts standing orders with respect to documents to be prepared and filed in connection with the Final Pretrial Conference.
