MINUTES IN CHAMBERS re Scheduling Conference by Judge Consuelo B. Marshall. On the Court's own motion, this case is set for a Scheduling Conference on May 16, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. pursuant to FRCP 16(b). Prospects of Settlement; 8. Positions of counsel re: consent to proceed before a Magistrate Judge; and 9. A list of contemplated motions, including what type of motion, a tentative hearing date, and whether discovery must be conducted prior to the filing of the motions. (lom)
