Presently before the court is the Motion to Dismiss

Plaintiff’s Complaint filed by Defendants Countrywide Home Loans

Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., and Recontrust

Company.

GRANTS the motion.
Because Plaintiff has not filed an opposition, the court
