Within 21 days of the date of entry of this Order, the Parties shall submit a Joint Status Report regarding the status of their efforts to memorialize a long-form settlement agreement, and the status of Plaintiffs efforts to obtain approval of the settlement from the Court or Plaintiffs lienholders.
