Snyder: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of all defendants and against all plaintiffs as follows: (1) Counts 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 of the Com plaint are DISMISSED with prejudice and without leave to amend; and (2) The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remainder of plaintiffs' common law and state law claims, and DISMISSES them without prejudice.
