On March 1, 2011, the defaulting individual defendants ("Defendants") filed an answer [Doc. #20]. The Court may set aside an entry of default only for "good cause" or pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(c). Accordingly, Defendants are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why their answer should not be stricken. Defendants shall file their response on or before March 28, 2011. IT IS SO ORDERED.
