Wu Courtroom 10] STIPULATION AND PROTECTIVE ORDER REGARDING DISCOVERY Complaint Filed: February 18, 2011 28 STIPULATION & PROTECTIVE ORDER RE DISCOVERY 13512744v.1 1 ORDER 2 GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and 3 DECREED that all parties to this action shall obey the provisions of the attached 4 Stipulation concerning Confidential Information with the following 5 modifications/clarifications: 6 1. To the extent the Stipulation concerning Confidential Information 7 calls for resolution of disputes relating to the matters covered therein, i.e., 8 Paragraph 8 (motion for protective order), Paragraph 9 (motion for further order by 9 recipient of “Confidential” Information), Paragraph 12 (motion for protective 10 order), and Paragraph 16 (objections/challenges to designation), the procedure for 11 obtaining a decision from the Court is set forth in Local Civil Rules 37-1 through 12 37-4. Absent further stipulation or order, the 14-day deadline set forth in 13 Paragraph 12 shall apply to the commencement of the meet and confer process set 14 forth in Local Rule 37-1, not the actual filing of a motion for protective order. 15 2.
