On June 12, 2012, Defendant Eupen Cable USA, Inc.’s

20 (“Defendant”) Application for Order to Show Cause Why a
21 Contempt Citation Should Not Issue Against Non-Party
22 Witness David Kernan for Failure to Comply with
23 Subpoena came on for regular calendar before the Court.
24 The Court granted Defendant’s Application.

Accordingly, the Court hereby orders David Kernan

26 to show cause why the Court should not issue a contempt
27 citation against him for failure to comply with the
28 Court’s subpoena.

The Court will hold a hearing
