PROSECUTION
Plaintiff filed this action on August 8, 2011. On August 24, 2011, the Court issued
an order warning plaintiff that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), plaintiff
was required to serve the summons and complaint on defendant within 120 days of filing
the complaint. That date passed over a week ago. Accordingly, plaintiff is ordered to
show cause within fifteen (15) days of the date of this order why, under the
circumstances, the instant action should not be dismissed for want of prosecution.
