The Court allowed Plaintiff Anahit Torosyan (“Plaintiff”) leave to 6 amend her cause of action for a violation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures 7 Act, 12 U.S.C. § 2605. Plaintiff has had more than thirty (30) days in which to 8 submit a First Amended Complaint, but she has not done so. Therefore, pursuant to 9 the Court’s Order of Dismissal: 10 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Complaint is 11 DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE in its entirety as to all Defendants.
