Arballo (aka Cameron L. Arballo, Jr. and aka Vincent Everett), all jointly and severally referred to as “Arballo”, and Plaintiff Cars 4 Causes, entered into a Settlement Agreement dated April 17, 2014, a true copy of which is attached hereto as 6 Exhibit 1. 7 8 2.Arballo, and all those acting in concert or participation with Arballo, and Cars 4 9 Causes, and all those acting in concert or participation with Cars 4 Causes, are ordered to 10 comply with all of the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated April 17, 11 2014, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and incorporated herein. 12 13 3.This Order shall resolve all claims and defenses in the above-captioned action, and 14 shall serve as the sole final judgment in this action. 15 16 4.Each party shall bear his or its own attorneys’ fees, expenses and costs. 17 18 5.The above-captioned Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction for purposes of 19 enforcement or interpretation of the April 17, 2014 Settlement Agreement and this 20 Order. 21 22 6.
