IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows: Judgment is hereby entered against Defendants in the amount of $8,000,000.00 in statutory damages under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. 1117(c), in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into by the parties.
