STIPULATED JUDGMENT

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Judgment by and
2 between Plaintiff and Counterdefendant SHEILA FERNANDES (“Fernandes”) on
3 the one hand, and Defendants and Counterclaimants NORTHWESTERN
4 ENGINEERING COMPANY and HILLS PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. (collectively,
5 “Northwestern”) on the other hand, IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and
6 DECREED as follows:

1.
That Northwestern shall have judgment in its favor on Fernandes’
8 Complaint in the sum of $129,473.47 representing holdover damages; and
9
2.
That this Court shall retain continuing jurisdiction over the parties to
10 enforce the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement between
11 Northwestern and Fernandes until performance in full of its terms.
