Plaintiffs, AIR & LIQUID SYSTEMS CORPORATION, et al., Defendants. 8 9 10 11 Judgment on Defendant Warren Pumps, LLC’s Motion for Summary Judgment Judge: Stephen V. Wilson 14 Plaintiffs David Sclafani and Patricia Ann Sclafani (“Motion”) came on for hearing 15 on March 18, 2013, at 1:30 PM before the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson, United 16 States District Judge, presiding in Courtroom 6. Appearances, if any, were noted 17 on the record. The Court, having read and considered all papers filed in support of 18 the Motion, including all admissible evidence filed in support of the Motion, 19 having read and considered all papers filed in opposition to the Motion, if any, 20 including all admissible evidence filed in opposition to the Motion, and having 21 heard and considered the arguments of counsel, the Court determined that no 22 genuine issue of material fact exists and that Defendant Warren Pumps, LLC’s 23 Motion for Summary Judgment should be granted. 24 The Court granted Warren Pumps, LLC’s Motion for Summary Judgment in 25 its entirety on March 20, 2013. Finding that good cause exists for entry of a 26 separate judgment under Rule 54 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure under the 27 circumstances, 28 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that 1 JUDGMENT ON DEFENDANT WARREN PUMPS, LLC’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT 1 Defendant Warren Pumps, LLC, shall have judgment against Plaintiffs David 2 Sclafani and Patricia Ann Sclafani (“Plaintiffs”); 3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the 4 judgment entered against the Plaintiffs herein and any other judgments entered 5 heretofore or hereafter in this action against any other Plaintiffs are several as to 6 each such defendant unless otherwise expressly stated in the judgment to be joint 7 and several as to the particular defendants. 8 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that there is no just reason for delay in entry 9 of this final judgment against defendant herein and the Court expressly directs that 10 the Clerk of the Court enter this separate judgment against said Plaintiffs herein 11 pursuant to FRCP Rule 54 notwithstanding whether this action remains pending 12 against other Defendants. 13 14 IT IS SO ORDERED. 15 DATED: March 27, 2013 _________________________ The Hon.
