STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS AS TO DEFENDANTS ABRAHAM MICHAEL PESSAR, DIVISION ONE INVESTMENT AND LOAN, INC., AND PROCESSING DIVISION, L.L.C. by Judge Percy Anderson: Upon Stipulation 98 , IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Abraham Michael Pessar, Division One Investment and Loan, Inc., and Processing Division, L.L.C. (collectively "Settling Defendants") whether acting directly or through any other person, are permanently rest rained and enjoined re any mortgage assistance or debt relief product or service, etc. Within ten days of the Court's entry ofthis Order, Settling Defendants shall pay the one dollar ($1) civil-money penalty in the form of a wire transfer t o the Bureau or to such agent as the Bureau may direct, and in accordance with wiring instructions to be provided by counsel for the CFPB, in accordance with section 1017(d) of the CFPA, Section 12 U.S.C. 5497(d). A judgment for equitable monetary re lief and damages is hereby entered in favor of the Bureau and against the Settling Defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $10,000,000; provided, however, that full payment of this judgment shall be suspended upon satisfaction of the obligations in this order. Settling Defendants hereby grant to the Bureau all rights and claims they have to their frozen assets currently in the possession, custody, or control of the Temporary Receiver ("Pessar Funds"), and shall forfeit any rights to the Pessar Funds in the Receivership Estate.
