On February 11, 2014, this Court entered an order granting Defendant Bank of

America, N.A.’s (“BANA”) Motion to Dismiss the Third Amended Complaint in its

entirety and without leave to amend. [Doc. # 49.]

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to Federal Rule

5

of Civil Procedure 58(a), judgment shall be entered in BANA’s favor as to all

6

claims asserted by Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs shall take nothing by reason of the TAC and

7

this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
