Immigration Services, Nebraska Service Center, and Alejandro Mayorkas, Director, U.S.

Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (collectively

“Defendants”) shall have judgment in her favor against plaintiff Noble House, Inc.

(“Plaintiff”).
