Snyder: On 1/11/2013, the Court dismissed plaintiff's complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a)(2), finding the complaint to be unintelligible 18 . (IN CHAMBERS): ORDER DISMISSING CASE
Plaintiff filed the instant action in this Court on November 19, 2013. On January
11, 2013, the Court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
8(a)(2), finding the complaint to be unintelligible. Dkt. #18. The Court informed
plaintiff that he could file an amended complaint before February 11, 2013, and that if he
did not this action would be dismissed. As of the date of this order, plaintiff has not filed
an amended pleading. Accordingly, the Court hereby DISMISSES this case.
