PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Plaintiff LegalZoom.com, Inc.

(“LegalZoom”) hereby withdraws the argument stated in section III.B.3. of the

memorandum supporting its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment that was filed and

6

served on July 14, 2014 (“Motion”). Section III.B.3. argues for partial summary

7

judgment based on a lack of authorship or control by LegalZoom of the content at

8

LegalSpring.com. (the “Section III.B.3. Argument”). In addition, LegalZoom

9

withdraws paragraphs 5 and 11 its separate statement of facts filed in support of the

10

Motion, and any other statements or declarations offered in support of the Section

11

III.B.3. Argument. The remainder of LegalZoom’s Motion remains unaffected by

12

this notice, and viable for determination by this Court.
