Before this Court is Plaintiff LegalZoom's("LegalZoom") Motion for Rule 11

Sanctions (the "Motion") against Rocket Lawyer Incorporated ("Rocket Lawyer").

Having considered LegalZoom's Motion, the Memorandum ofPoints and Authorities

in support thereof, the Declaration of Barak Vaughn in support thereof,

accompanying e}chibits, any opposition and reply thereto, and oral argument(if any),

6

and good cause appearing, the Court finds that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 11, LegalZoom's Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions should be GRANTED.

The Court HEREBY ORDERS as relief for Rocket Lawyer's Rule 11
violations that(check all that apply):

Rocket Lawyer pay monetary sanctions to LegalZoom in the amount of
reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by LegalZoom to bring this Motion, a
motion or application for leave to file the Motion, and to oppose Rocket Lawyer's
Motion for Summary Judgment. LegalZoom is ORDERED to submit a detailed
affidavit with an accounting of such fees and costs within fourteen (14)days of this
Order.
