Pursuant to the Parties’ Stipulation Regarding Mediation and Stay of

Discovery (the “Stipulation”), and good cause appearing therefore, the Court orders:

 The Parties shall exchange information as set forth in the Stipulation on or

5
6

before April 30, 2013;
 The Parties shall endeavor to mediate all claims and counterclaims before

7

Magistrate Judge Jay C. Gandhi no less than ten (10) days and no more than

8

thirty (30) days after the exchange of information;

9

 Discovery in this matter shall be stayed, pending mediation;

10

 The mediation shall be confidential; and

11

 Should the case proceed beyond mediation, discovery shall resume.

12

Responses to previously-served discovery shall be served within thirty (30)

13

days after the conclusion of mediation.
